- High level ability to perform Tig welding on many different materials.

Job Description:
The Project Engineer is responsible for coordinating and integrating activities across multiple, functional lines. Responsible for directing the technical development of projects including managing the technical personnel assigned to this development. The Project Engineer is to manage and control company resources on given projects focused around established budgets and schedules, and within performance requirements. This should all be accomplished through good customer relations, both internal and external.
Job Requirements:
- Planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, directing and allocating resources
- Financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, cost containment, negotiation, research, project management, managing internal and external relationships
- Program Management, Leadership, Conflict resolution and Managing Multidisciplinary Tasks
- Customer interface and relationship building
- Office systems software (CAD, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, Projects, ERP system etc.)
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Five years engineering/management experience
- Program, product and project management experience
- Excellent Thermoforming Background
