Wilbert plastic services offer design and engineering services to manage (or support) our customers product realization needs.  Our "full-service" technical capabilities include Concept Development, CAD model creation and release CAE, Design for Tooling/Manufacture Analyses, GD & T, prototyping, and Validation Testing. 

A number of customers have benefited from our design and engineering services. We offer an exceptional feasibility review process and have established solid relationships with more than 20 tools shops located all over the world.

TS-16949 and ISO 9001 certified, Wilbert plastic services has engineering and development centers, multiple design seats, and a staff of engineers dedicated to serve our customers with the most advanced product development expertise in the industry.

Proficient in a variety of design software, including Pro-E Wildfire, CATIA V-5, UGNX, AutoCAD, and IDEAS, our expert project engineers also utilize Solidworks for reviewing CAD models and drawings in any IGES or STEP file translation. Moreover, our FEA and mold flow capabilities, as well as our “live” WebEx CAD review, make it convenient for customers to communicate, analyze, and work with us to develop, optimize and validate their plastic products.
